You can build Inner Strength
I read and do the work of Eckhart Tolle.
Oprah had a 10 week class with him which can still be accessed in the archives on her web site.
I also read My Stroke of Insight by Jill Bolte Taylor.
I found both of these works helped me considerably.
One small thing you can do right now that can help you find peace for a moment.
I call it take a moment and you can do this as often as you like.
Is there something in your house that you enjoy the smell of that you totally love that smell.
Take this item,
Be aware of the thoughts that are going on in your mind for a few minutes.
Now put this item to your nose and totally enjoy the smell of this item. Love the smell, be with the smell, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
Now be aware of the thoughts that are going through your mind.
If this worked for you, it has quietened your mind and you feel peaceful.
There are other ways of doing this, use your eyes to look at something very beautiful, use your ears to listen to something you really enjoy.
These are 3 way you can take a moment, bring peace into your existance, into your world.
By creating peace in your mind you have created inner strength even for a moment.
By doing this you have shown yourself that you have the power to build inner strength for a moment.
Make a habit of doing this throughout your day. Show yourself that you have the power to build inner strength throught out your day. Build up this muscle.
You have taken the first steps along the path BUILDING INNER STRENGTH.
